Shipping Protection Terms & Coverage

By purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

  • What’s Covered: Lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping, from the moment your order is shipped until delivery.
  • What’s Not Covered:
  • Coverage Limit: Claims are limited to the value of the protected order, excluding shipping and taxes. Maximum payout per claim: $500.00
  • Claim Process: Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date. Supporting documentation (photos, carrier tracking, etc.) may be required. Approved claims will be refunded or replaced at the merchant’s discretion.
  • Earnings Pool: Shipping Protection fees are pooled to help cover eligible claims. Payouts are subject to the available pool and merchant discretion. This service is not insurance, and the merchant’s liability is limited to the amount collected in protection fees.

By submitting a claim, you acknowledge these terms and agree that the merchant’s decision on coverage and payout is final.
